New Mazak Integrex E650-H ll
LPE are proud to announce the purchase of
a state of the art 5 axis multi-tasking Mill/Turn machining centre.
This machine has a working envelope of X 1025.0mm, Y 650.0mm, Z 4391.0mm providing a capacity of 920mm dia x 4000mm long.
It has a Capto C8 Tool Spindle capable of 35 - 10,000rpm and rotation through 240 Degrees. The main spindle speed range is 35 - 1600rpm with a power rating of 45kW.
The machine also incorporates the latest Matrix Control plus Renishaw Probing and Laser Tool Measurement.
A 70Bar high pressure coolant system is fitted enabling gun drilling in 5 axis and high speed machining.
An Automatic Tool Stocker Unit is built-in, facilitating the use of Multiple Large Boring Bars.
