Our environmentally controlled in process and final inspection areas, with 11 co-ordinate measuring machines including SPC capability, ensures total process control and validation of all in-house manufacture, purchased product and external processes.

Capabilities of approved suppliers are monitored and maintained by regular liaison meetings based upon quality and delivery performance.

As a preferred supplier, with “ship-to-stock” status to all our major customers, we are deeply committed to the continuous improvement of both the quality of our products and our quality control systems.

Live Programming of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (COMOS and 3D Tool Software)

This enables accurate measurement of any component in real time using a 3 dimensional model and an engineering drawing. This provides the capability to compare actual measured results against the CAD data and drawings.
